Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt

TQM’s acclaimed Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt (MBB) curriculum provides participants with an in-depth knowledge of how to successfully implement both DMAIC and DfSS in service and industrial organisations, how to coach technical practitioners on statistical and other quantitative methods and how to lead and facilitate training on DMAIC and DfSS topics.

Experienced MBB’s are able to lead large complex improvement projects, and can apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to marketing, sales and portfolio management.
